I’m Christina Nikiforuk, and I’m passionate about working with leaders. I love to see leaders discover their individuality, grow their strengths and capabilities, and emerge transformed.

I believe everyone has a leader within them. The journey of discovery is about uncovering who that leader is – liberating that leader so that they can shine.

I have over 25 years of experience working with leaders across all levels of organizations. My university degree is in Classical Studies, my background is Human Resources,  and I have been a senior leader myself,  in a large, municipal government organization.

I bring my education, training, and experience to my work with leaders who aspire to liberate their inner leader, cultivate their skills, and elevate their performance.
